Today’s MSPs face a host of challenges when it comes to attracting new customers or finding new revenue streams to grow revenue from their current base. And with competitors also looking to grow their base, they need to think beyond the basic needs of current clients.

A surefire way to do so is to offer services that address a set of needs that customers may not be aware of or for which prospects are shopping around. Services that SMBs would benefit from–and pay extra to you to provide–are one way to grow your business. But uniqueness is a double-edged sword: While it may indeed set you apart from the crowd and shore up your base, it’s not your wheelhouse. Offering services like advanced network management or complete security requires significant investment to develop a solution, hire or train technicians, as well as market and sell these services to customers.

End user security and advanced network monitoring are areas ripe for services. Even the smallest, technology-averse SMBs are concerned about security, and while they may not be able to articulate an advanced network monitoring need, they know very well the implications of a “slow network”–it directly impacts their business.

However, while most MSPs are tech savvy enough to know that customers need advanced network monitoring and security, the ability to offer it as a service often eludes them.

Kaseya’s new Powered Services offerings are changing this. Presented as packaged solutions, these comprehensive offerings cover not just the functional needs of emerging services, but also the marketing, sales and training necessary to offer these services to customers, making it easier than ever for MSPs to add new monthly recurring revenue streams in a model where expenses grow only when revenue does.

Kaseya’s initial Powered Services launch features two options: Security and advanced network monitoring. These are especially critical functions for SMBs and midmarket businesses. Through AuthAnvil Security-as-a-Service (SECaaS) and Traverse Network Monitoring-as-a-Service (NMaaS) MSPs can now deliver emerging solutions with the expertise and agility that address customer needs and accelerate the growth of their businesses.

Powered Services do not stop there. A third service for cloud management services based on Unigma technology is scheduled for launch this autumn.

AuthAnvil SECaaS ties all of the resources needed to quickly and easily develop an identity and access security practice into a single package, while the Traverse-powered NMaaS does the same for MSPs looking to provide deep network discovery and a business-centric view of network applications to maximize network availability. With enhanced network monitoring service powered by Kaseya Traverse, MSPs and other IT delivery houses can offer their customers a monitoring solution that helps them identify and resolve infrastructure issues faster than other leading monitoring tools.

AuthAnvil SECaaS and Traverse NMaaS are custom-built for quick deployment to enable the smallest or break/fix-mired MSP to increase monthly recurring revenue with minimal investment and quick, effective deployment, to help rapidly add new customers and increase wallet share of current customers.

AuthAnvil SECaaS

Based on the trusted AuthAnvil platform, Kaseya AuthAnvil SECaaS includes training to teach MSP staff how to sell AuthAnvil two-factor authentication  and single sign-on as a service to customers along with white-labeled sales and marketing materials to bolster the MSP selling process and educational webinars for prospective MSP clients to help drive service demand. The result is a new, immediate stream of monthly recurring revenue.

Traverse NMaaS

Kaseya’s NMaaS is based on the trusted and popular Traverse network-monitoring platform. It boasts a similar feature set: access to one of the most powerful infrastructure monitoring platforms on the market; sales and marketing training and resources to help get new sellers to market quickly; and a valuable multitier, multitenant monitoring service that fits customers of all sizes. Likewise, it provides an easy source of monthly recurring revenues from new and current customers.

Both AuthAnvil SECaas and Traverse NMaaS are available today for all Kaseya customers. Learn more at http://www.traverse-monitoring.com/solutions/msp-monitoring-software and https://authanvil.com/msp-solutions/security-as-a-service.
