RapidMiner Launches New Global Partner Program

Predictive analytics provider RapidMiner announced a new global partner program this week, which currently includes 19 partners from 13 different countries.

The program is expected to help partners master the RapidMiner portfolio through product training and certification and to ultimately increase customer satisfaction, according to the company. All new partners need to undergo training and will be required to pass the company’s exam within six months to be recognized by the RapidMiner Certification Program.

“Our partners provide a high level of service to our customers by making the commitment to be fully knowledgeable about our technology,” said Michael Doane, head of channels and alliances of the Americas region for RapidMiner, in a statement. “Unlike other programs that allow some partners to act only as an ancillary sales force, our partner program is limited to those who can demonstrate true expertise and knowledge.”

The global program is open to VARs, system integrators, OEMs and ambassadors, according to the company. Current partners include Alger Technology, Data Technology, Hitachi Consulting, NextINT, POTIS and SimaFore, among others.
