Tigerpaw Software is streamlining its training initiatives with the launch of the Tigerpaw Learning Management System, a portal to help MSPs meet specific training objectives based on the company’s business automation software.
The Tigerpaw Learning Management System is a library of online courses and quizzes that enable employees to gain certification in various aspects of Tigerpaw’s software. The portal also allows MSPs to track employees as they complete lessons so they can see an overall picture of how the company is progressing in its training, according to the announcement.
“Keeping your staff up-to-date with the latest features and functionality can be critical to employee retention and to the operational success of your company,” said Suzy Kratochvil, director of training and implementation at Tigerpaw, in a statement. “We designed this portal to give our partners much more scalability, flexibility and accountability when it comes to training employees on how to maximize the value from their Tigerpaw solution. ”
Employees begin training with courses on basic topics and unlock additional courses after receiving certifications, including ones centered around inventory control, sales cycles and automating communications. The system also includes a calendar of live training events and other resources to help users learn more about Tigerpaw’s solution. Tigerpaw CEO James Foxall unveiled the learning management system last year, saying the program would help customers see a better return on investment.
Last month, Tigerpaw added industry veteran and technology consultant James Kernan as vice president of sales, responsible for expanding the company’s open partner community. MSPmentor originally learned about Tigerpaw’s search for a vice president of sales last year.
In February, the company launched Tigerpaw Mobile, a mobile version of its professional services automation platform to give sales representatives anytime access to their accounts and contacts.
