Vertiv is updating its Vertiv Partner Program (VPP) and Vertiv Incentive Program (VIP) with a spotlight on partner rewards.

The VPP and VIP are available to partners in select countries across Europe and the Middle East, including the U.K. and Ireland.

The vendor is offering a new partner portal, where partners can find the resources they need to engage with the Vertiv team. It will also be where they can redeem rewards.

Partners will benefit from “an intuitive, user-friendly design featuring a personalised dashboard,” said Vertiv. Here they can view the bonus points they have earned, see the incentives on offer and redeem partner rewards.

Vertiv is also announcing an expanded VIP program with a dedicated partner reward store. Resellers can buy items ranging from “the latest electronics and High Street gift cards to once in a lifetime experiences.” VIP+ Partners can also access an exclusive concierge service that enables them to shop for special items.

Paul Gohil is managing director at longstanding platinum partner Collaborate IT Limited. He said the firm was excited about the new opportunities.

“The updated portal dashboard and functionality enable us to access everything we need to support our customers, giving them a better experience and helping us to build stronger relationships,” said Gohil.
