Zoom has launched a new turnkey platform offering a variety of strategies to help partners to go market with the company.

Zoom’s Partner Demand Center is powered by StructuredWeb. It will provide members of the Zoom partner community with a marketing automation platform to expand their Zoom marketing practice.

From co-branding and customization, to digital marketing and campaign execution, the Zoom platform is a launchpad for building awareness, and generating demand and brand growth.

Laura Padilla is Zoom‘s head of global partner and platform sales, and business development.

“In 2021 alone, Zoom welcomed over 3,500 partners to our programs,” she said. “The launch of the Zoom Partner Demand Center is a natural step for us to meet the needs of our rapidly growing partner community.”

Improving the Overall Partner Experience

Zoom is always looking for new ways to gather input from partners to continue improving the overall experience, Padilla said.

“Our global partner advisory council provides a forum for the exchange of information, feedback and ideas on topics such as company and partner growth, efficiency and profitability,” she said.

Zoom also has a biannual partner perspectives survey. It gathers feedback on partner support, ease of doing business, available resources and more.

This platform allows partners to execute customized, multi-touch campaigns directly from the platform. Users can also download the content and assets they need to execute campaigns through their own systems.

Partner Demand Center functionalities include email campaigns, web content syndication, social media marketing and events marketing, including webinar syndication. There’s also video marketing, digital ads and banners, and co-branding.

Campaign localization is also offered in more than 50 languages through an integration with Google Translate. Partners can quickly translate email campaigns.

Moreover, there’s analytics and reporting capabilities for those hoping to gain insights into lead tracking and campaign success metrics.

“The Zoom Partner Demand Center helps partners expand their Zoom marketing practice with ease,” Padilla said.
