As the host of the Dreamforce ’11 conference, Salesforce.com understandably dominates the cloud conversation on the show floor. But Salesforce’s hordes of ISV supporters are using Dreamforce to make announcements of their own.

Here’s a quick look at some announcements made by Salesforce partners Queplix, Pardot and M5 Networks in San Francisco this week.

Queplix

Cloud data integration specialist Queplix is extending its trademark QueCloud solution to Salesforce.com customers by way of the Salesforce AppExchange marketplace. The key benefit is the ability to integrate Salesforce.com CRM data with other cloud or legacy apps from vendors including SAP, Oracle and NetSuite, according to the press release.

Pardot

Pardot, which provides B2B cloud marketing solutions for the SMB space, has launched a major update to its platform that includes better social media tools – good timing considering the “Social Enterprise” theme of this year’s Dreamforce.

Among other new features, Pardot customers can now automate  and schedule the sending of social media messages to prospective customers, as well as automatically generate a complete picture of said prospect’s social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Oh, and since it’s Dreamforce, Pardot’s press release makes sure to highlight that it can bring in CRM data from Salesforce.com, as well as rivals Microsoft Dynamics CRM, NetSuite and SugarCRM.

M5 Networks

Business VoIP provider M5 Networks, in conjunction with consulting firm and Dreamforce sponsor BlueWolf, has announced M5 Business SMS for Salesforce. In short, it enables users to send text messages from their business phone number by way of integration with Salesforce.com. And since it’s all from Salesforce.com, those text messages get logged in the customer CRM entry, making SMS just another trackable mode of customer contact.

There are many, many developers here at Dreamforce, and these three announcements are likely just the tip of the iceberg. Keep watching TalkinCloud all week for updates.
