Eureka, InfoHighway Combo Offers Key Advantages to Partners

Show sponsors Eureka Networks (Booth 515) and InfoHighway Communications (Booth 515) at Channel Partners will provide education on how their merger will benefit the channel.

InfoHighway will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Eureka Networks, and the two companies will retain their respective names. The partner channel programs will be combined.

A few of the anticipated post-merger improvements include the expansion of the Partner Channel Web portal for product and pricing information and order processing to serve the combined company. This tool enables partners to submit orders online and monitor each order as it flows through provisioning and billing. Partners will be able to view customer service records, commission reports and other important information.

The expanded program will offer improved promotions, spiffs and contests, along with a broader set of products with continued competitive pricing. The combined company has expanded availability of Eurekas Hosted PBX/VoIP services to all of LATAs 132 and 224, and has rolled out these services to InfoHighways Channel Partners in selected markets.

The two integrated communications services providers serving small and medium businesses joined forces in late August 2005. The combined company has more than $110 million in revenue and serves more than 14,000 customers in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
