“NexConnect makes it simpler than ever for partners to access a variety of marketing programs and collateral all through a single, easy-to-use platform,” Antonacci said. “I want our partners to feel our commitment to them, and see the continued investment Nextiva is making in their go-to-market strategies. We want to be easy to do business with, because when our partners succeed, Nextiva succeeds.”
Nextiva’s partner program continuously offers competitive incentive programs, lucrative promotions and proposal-based marketing development (MDF) funds to support their partners’ GTM activities, the company said.

Nextiva also announced the addition of four new hires to build and lead the next phase of growth for Nextiva channel partners. They include Antonacci; Scott Forbush – VP of channel; West; Ed Pearce – VP of channel, North; and Brandon Ackert – strategic partner director.
Nextiva also has increased funding for partners. Last August, Nextiva launched its next-generation workhub, NextivaOne, bringing together team and customer communications.
In April, Nextiva announced the acquisition of Simplify360, an AI customer experience platform. The company said that the purchase of the “social first” AI company will accelerate Nextiva’s mission to level the customer support playing field for businesses of all sizes. It will expand Nextiva’s core offerings to include social media, reputation management, live chat and helpdesk CRM.
