In our series on boosting customer intimacy, we’ve discussed how cloud-delivered computing and remotely managed IT reduces your opportunities to get in front of your customer. We’ve talked about ways to rekindle customer intimacy and demonstrate “proof of service.” 

There’s yet another strategy to achieve these goals. The more your customer comes into contact with you, the more visible you become, right? Then you can DRAMATICALLY increase the number of contact points AND your visibility by layering services on top of what you’re already offering. Oh, and by the way, this strategy also reduces your vulnerability to potential competitors.
