In his new role, Speakman will serve as a key member of the leadership team for AireSpring’s North America channel organization, offering analytical insight into actions and programs that drive sales productivity, performance and results. He takes on broad responsibility for the channel sales process, technology, administration, analytics and reporting.
“I am excited to join such a channel-focused organization that is known industry-wide for superior customer service and strong channel partnerships,” he said. “AireSpring has adopted an aggressive growth strategy that leverages those strengths and I am looking forward to playing an integral role in driving sales performance.”
With Zayo, Speakman led the channel management team and served as the company‘s national director of business development. Previously, he served as vice president of sales at Dynamic Network Advisors, and national partner sales manager at XO Communications. And prior to that, he served as senior manager for account development teams at Domo.
“We are excited to welcome Shane to the AireSpring team,” said Daniel Lonstein, AireSpring’s COO. “He brings with him the kind of leadership skills and results-oriented focus that AireSpring thrives on, as we continue to set the industry standard for channel-program execution. The deep and lasting relationships he has built throughout his career are a perfect complement to AireSpring’s already strong value proposition.”
Last week, AireSpring expanded its customer support by adding a UCaaS design manager.
