IT solutions provider CDI Managed Services recently selected Zyrion — a provider of integrated Cloud
and IT infrastructure monitoring software — for its cloud computing and managed services. According to CDI, the company selected Zyrion’s Traverse Monitoring Platform because of its “scalability, open API and sophisticated architecture.” The platform prioritizes outages and events by customer, which provides faster mean time to recovery for services. CDI previously did not monitor the entire client environment.

The company relied on tools, unlike Zyrion’s platform, that were not focused on the critical task of monitoring the entire client environment. To better accommodate clientele, CDI Managed Services found monitoring software to manage hundreds of sites more effectively.

CDI offers managed services and cloud solutions to its customers using their support team at their various locations. The company offers cloud hosting and help desk services, workstation, server, and network management, as well as backup and disaster recovery solutions. Zyrion has its corporate offices in Sunnyvale, California and Government Solutions Center in Washington, DC.

Visit the company’s website to learn more about its partner program.
