Cloudlink Joins the Cisco SolutionsPlus Program

Cloud-enabled unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) solutions provider Esna Technologies' Cloudlink solution is now available through the Cisco SolutionsPlus program, which puts select third-party solutions—such as Esna's—on a Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO) price list and indicates they are "Cisco compatible."

Cisco SolutionsPlus products are deemed by Cisco SolutionsPlus reselling program to complement and augment Cisco's advanced technology products creating more complete solutions, according to the Cisco website.

The Esna Cloudlink technology integrates UC with cloud applications, allowing enterprises to leverage existing communications infrastructure and extend unified communications solutions. Cloudlink serves as the link between Cisco and cloud applications.

"Using Esna's Cloudlink to connect our Cisco telephony system to Google Apps is helping us to achieve our goal of reducing our IT costs while increasing on-campus collaboration with unified communications," said Vassar College Network and Systems Director Emily Harris. "We wanted to build on top of our current Cisco foundation and our confidence in Esna's tight integration with Cisco was one of the reasons we chose them."

Esna's Cloudlink solution integrates Cisco collaboration solutions with cloud applications such as Google Apps, VMware Zimbra and Jive Software. For more information on becoming an Esna partner, visit the company's website.
