IT services provider En Pointe Technologies and Symantec.cloud have launched a partnership to deliver Microsoft Office 365 services. The joint effort apparently will help to protect customers’ data.

En Pointe, based in Los Angeles, focuses on companies with demanding digital compliance requirements. Tyler Coppock, En Pointe senior Microsoft cloud business development manager, and Rocco Seyboth, director of archiving & eDiscovery of the Symantec EV.cloud team, will spend time this month educating customers about the companies’ business relationship.

En Pointe claims that “Office 365 has never been a more complete solution than it is right now with En Pointe Technologies and Symantec.” More specifically, En Pointe is leveraging Symantec Enterprise Vault to protect the Office 365 data.

En Pointe is one of 10 certified Symantec.cloud partners, having already attained Platinum status partnering with the security firm, and recently in January 2012 En Pointe received the Microsoft Cloud Innovator Award.

Founded in 1993, En Pointe serves mid-market and enterprise accounts, government agencies, and educational institutions, and is represented in leading national markets. En Pointe solutions include IT services and hardware, and software licensing support.
