Dell SaaS solutions such as Boomi and SecureWorks were used by 10 percent of Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees. In addition, Synergy Research Group recently noted that Dell ranked third in the cloud infrastructure market in the fourth quarter of 2014.
ConnectWise's professional services automation (PSA) platform was used by 10 percent of Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees. The platform also was leveraged by approximately 65 percent of managed service providers (MSPs) on this year's MSPmentor 501 list.
Intermedia offers Hosted Exchange email, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), file sharing and other business cloud services. The company's SaaS solutions were used by 11 percent of Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees.
Eleven percent of Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees used Autotask's PSA platform. Autotask also enjoyed a big year in 2014, and Autotask CEO Mark Cattini recently told MSPmentor that customers could expect an accelerated product roadmap and more innovation in the future.
Box.com's free cloud storage and file sharing services can help businesses become more productive and proved to be popular among Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees, too. The company's SaaS solutions were leveraged by 12 percent of Talkin' Cloud 100 companies.
EMC (EMC) SaaS solutions were used by 13 percent of Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees. In addition, the cloud computing giant recorded $5.6 billion in revenue in the first quarter of this year, which represented a 2 percent year-over-year increase.
LogMeIn (LOGM), led by CEO Michael Simon, ranked 15 on the Talkin' Cloud 100. The company's SaaS solutions also were leveraged by 15 percent of Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees.
McAfee (MFE) delivers "hardware-enhanced security." The company's SaaS solutions were leveraged by 17 percent of Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees.
Led by CEO Drew Houston, Dropbox ranked 13 on the Talkin' Cloud 100. The company's SaaS solutions were used by 19 percent of Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees as well.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM often helps businesses bolster their customer interactions. It also was leveraged by 19 percent of Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees.
Google Apps were used by 30 percent of Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees. Businesses typically use email, cloud storage, collaboration tools and other Google Apps to bolster their productivity.
Cisco Systems (CSCO) provides IT services to help companies "transform the opportunities of tomorrow." Cisco's SaaS solutions were used by 30 percent of Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees.
GoToMeeting, GoToMyPC and other Citrix Systems (CTXS) offerings were popular among Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees. Citrix's SaaS solutions were used by 33 percent of Talkin' Cloud 100 companies.
Microsoft Office 365 topped the list of SaaS solutions leveraged by Talkin' Cloud 100 honorees, as it was used by 45 percent. Satya Nadella, Microsoft's CEO, attributed his company's commercial cloud revenue success in the fiscal 2015 second quarter to its Office 365, Azure and Dynamics CRM Online services as well.
