Ingram Micro’s upcoming summit examines where UCC is headed and how it can be leveraged to meet customers’ short- and long-term needs.
December 3, 2020
At Ingram Micro, we believe UCC (unified communications and collaboration) can be one of your biggest assets in building and retaining customer relationships and providing meaningful customer experiences— especially now, with so many organizations working remotely. To learn how and why, we invite you to our upcoming UCC Virtual Executive Summit Dec. 8 and 9.
A Full Agenda Is Planned
The first day of the event will focus on the theme, “Pivot to Productivity.” We’ll do a deep dive into the customer experience and take a comprehensive view, including workforce optimization, disaster recovery and how to leverage UCC to accomplish your business goals in 2021.
Members of various Ingram Micro teams—Financial Solutions, Digital Transformation Solutions, UCC products and services, cloud and NETXUSA—will describe the broad range of resources that can help support your various business initiatives.
I personally will explain how Digital Transformation Solutions can improve productivity and ensure business continuity and how partners who leverage our consulting services grow their business 30% year over year. Ingram Micro financial experts will also be on hand to explain how partners who leverage our financial solutions outperform their peers by 25%—and how to put these solutions to work.
Day 2 will focus on what’s next for UCC as we look ahead to 2021 and beyond.
Jeff Yelton, Ingram Micro’s vice president of Technology Solutions & Specialty Technologies, will provide an overview of future trends and what they’ll mean for the industry and your business.
Both days of the Summit will feature presentations from our event sponsors—Poly, Lenovo, EPOS, Jabra and 8×8—who will showcase some of their latest UCC technology, including exciting new developments in videoconferencing.
Attendees will also be introduced to Workbench from NETXUSA, an Ingram Micro company. Workbench is the new materials requirement-planning tool and job system designed for managed IT service deployments. It makes meeting complex customer requirements that may be beyond resellers’ capabilities and scope of services easier to handle. Workbench does all the work for you, so you can deliver a more satisfying and seamless customer experience.
