EXETER, RI – Oct. 25, 2016 – Carousel Industries, a leader in communication and network technologies, professional and managed services, and cloud solutions, today announced it has completed its acquisition of Atrion, Inc., a leading IT services firm specializing in security, productivity and collaboration, unified communications, networking, applications and integrations, and data center solutions. 

With the completion of the deal, Carousel now has more than 1,400 professionals in 27 locations nationwide. The company has approximately $525 million in annual revenue, forming one of the largest and fastest-growing privately-held IT services firms in the U.S.

Atrion is now known as Atrion, A Carousel Company, and will continue to maintain its Warwick, RI and Flemington, NJ locations. Carousel remains headquartered in Exeter with sales and support offices located nationwide.
