Cerberus Sentinel Acquires True Digital Security For Expanded Capabilities

The acquisition allows Cerberus Sentinel to expand its security services and network monitoring capabilities.

Cerberus Sentinel, the Scottsdale, Arizona,-based MSSP, has acquired True Digital Security, a cybersecurity operations and compliance company.

The acquisition allows Cerberus Sentinel to expand its security services and network monitoring capabilities.

True Digital Security will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Cerberus Sentinel. Rory Sanchez, True Digital Security’s CEO, will continue to manage his team of professionals and serve as an executive of the company.

Cerberus Sentinel didn’t disclose financial details of the acquisition.

Working Together Prior to Acquisition

Cerberus Sentinel has been working with the True Digital Security team for several months to expand its security and network security monitoring capabilities, Jemmett said.

“Our acquisition strategy is focused on bringing together global security talent as partners who want to grow with us as shareholders, leverage our security ecosystem, and are passionate about protecting our clients,” he said.

Sanchez said this move will “enable us to jointly accelerate the rollout of our industry disruptive TrueSpeed platform, and continue strengthening our premiere managed compliance and cybersecurity services on a global scale.”

True Digital Security will continue to be based in New York, Florida and Oklahoma.

Last month, Cerberus Sentinel announced its acquisition of Arkavia Networks SPA, a cybersecurity services provider based in Chile. Under terms of the agreement, Arkavia also will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Cerberus Sentinel. It will serve as the South American headquarters for the company located in Santiago, Chile.

True Digital Security was No. 387 on Channel Futures’ 2021 MSP 501.
