Scoreboard analysis is used by investors, bankers, and other M&A professionals to track trends in the IT sector and assess the value of potential targets.

Scoreboard tracks the median multiples of M&A deals in the IT sector. This is done by collecting data on recent transactions in the sector and then calculating the median enterprise value to EBITDA multiple for each deal.

The analysis is updated on a monthly basis and can be used to benchmark the valuation of a company against its peers.
