AirWatch, Stratix Partner to Deliver MDM, BYOD and Help Desk Offering

Mobility management vendor AirWatch has partnered with managed mobile services (MMS) provider Stratix Corp. to deliver mobility solutions to customers.

According to both companies, the combined solution offers Stratix’s managed services portfolio and AirWatch’s MDM platform to provide customers with mobile device provisioning, life cycle management, real-time mobile analytics and helpdesk support.

Stratix CEO Gina Gallo said in her prepared remarks that Stratix customers will get a one-stop shop enterprise mobility solution delivered, managed and supported by mobility partners working in unison.

AirWatch will be hosting its AirWatch Connect 2013 in Atlanta, Ga. next week, an event that MSPmentor will be covering.  Stratix will present its MMS solution there, too.

In related AirWatch news, the company recently acquired the Motorola Solutions Mobility Services Platform business back in June 2013 to incorporate some of the platform’s features into the AirWatch EMM platform.
