JJ Food Service Limited — a food, drink and packaging distribution company in the United Kingdom — has recently selected MobiControl, a SOTI solution for mobile device management (MDM) to increase the productivity and efficiency of its mobile fleet across the UK. This announcement follows Nottingham Trent's University's endorsement a few weeks ago of the same solution.

JJ Food Service requires a centralized mobile device management solution to keep mobile fleets running productively. With over 700 employees and 200 trucks, the company searched for a solution that enabled managers and support personnel to remotely view and control applications running on handheld devices. According to the company, MobiControl became the company's solution of choice for its ability to quickly detect the malfunctioning of hardware and software.

MobiControl's management features include:

  • Secure Content Locker

  • Self Service Kiosk

  • Enterprise App

  • Store, Device Lockdown

  • Real-Time Remote Control

  • Location Tracking

  • Geofencing

SOTI Inc. has over 80,000 customers worldwide in various fields including: education, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, government, logistics, and hospitality. For more information on the company, visit the company's website.
