Tech Data Adds Sony Xperia to Lineup

Tech Data Corp. has added Sony’s mobile products, including the Xperia smartphone line, to its Systems & Peripherals^ITdivision.

The Xperia portfolio, in particular, features waterproof capabilities in some models, as well as Sony’s display and camera technologies, design and near-field communications.

Tech Data’s resellers now may offer Sony smartphones with activation through the distributor’s Mobile Solutions unit.
