ABBYY Taps Ricoh, Fujitsu Veteran to Lead North American Partner Growth
He will be driving the growth of channel partnerships throughout Canada, Mexico and the United States.
ABBYY, a global provider of content intelligence solutions and services, has hired Rusty James as the new head of partner business for North America. He will be driving the development and execution of channel partnerships among value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators and independent software vendors (ISVs) to expand the use of ABBYY’s solutions throughout Canada, Mexico and the United States.

James is a consistent top performer in sales management, partner channel recruitment and development, and has extensive experience leading and motivating large teams. Prior to joining ABBYY, he held various leadership positions at organizations that provide digital transformation solutions, including Kofax, Ricoh USA, Fujitsu, Immediate Channel Group and Daybreak Intelligent Content Solutions. He has expertise in all areas of digital transformation initiatives such as cognitive document automation, robotic process automation (RPA), forms processing, business process management (BPM) and content repositories.
