Technology and sales experts aligned themselves with new organizations in November.

The carousel of personnel-related announcements hasn’t slowed at all as we hurtle toward the new year.

A steady stream of long-tenured employees have left their corporate alma maters for new pastures. They typically departure from one vendor to another — often joining a newer outfit. But of course, the master agents offer an attractive destination for migrating talent. Telarus and TBI announced multiple hires last month, and PlanetOne Communications made a trio of promotions.

We’re seeing that customers are expanding their teams on a regional bases in many cases, filling in the gaps on their map. Other companies are looking for staff with expertise in niches like SD-WAN and contact center.
