Broadview Networks Names Channel Leader

In his new role, Rob Westervelt will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the companys channel partner sales organization and overseeing the recruitment and training of new channel partners.

Broadview Networks (Booth #1501 at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo) has announced the promotion of Robert Rob” Westervelt to senior vice president of Channel Partner Sales. In his new role, Westervelt will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the companys channel partner sales organization and overseeing the recruitment and training of new channel partners.

Westervelt also will be responsible for expanding the channel partner sales nationally in support of Broadviews OfficeSuite nationwide portfolio of products. Most recently, he served as vice president of Channel Partner Sales. He will report directly to Brian Crotty, chief operating officer of Broadview Networks.

Rob brings a wealth of professional experience and an excellent track record in leading channel sales in the highly competitive telecom industry. His promotion to senior vice president of Channel Partner Sales reflects the companys continuing commitment, focus, and investment in expanding its opportunities in the channel partner segment over a nationwide footprint,” said Brian Crotty, chief operating officer of Broadview Networks.

Westervelt joined Broadview and its predecessor companies in 2005. He has more than 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry channel.  Prior to joining Broadview, Rob served with XO Communications as president of indirect channel and agent sales.
