“CDI is in hyper-growth mode, increasing our solutions capabilities and our team size. Strong leadership, culture and a client-first mindset are keys to the realm,” Kalvesmaki said. “Anthony Chianese represents these attributes to the highest levels and is grounded with strong character. Consolidating all core sellers under Anthony is a critical step in building a multi-billion-dollar company.”
Go-to-Market Strategies
Chianese will focus on scaling CDI’s go-to-market across all verticals and all geographies. Chianese will also look to build specialized teams best suited to develop and manage needs for specific business areas. These include IT solutions for health care, public sector, education, financial services, media and more.
“I am incredibly excited to lead this talented team,” Chianese said. “CDI has seen tremendous success in recent years, and it is thanks to the best team in the industry — ranging all areas of the company. I am humbled by this opportunity to lead the sales team and help drive increased value for our clients and partners.”
Over the past three years, CDI has experienced extensive growth. It has successfully acquired and integrated six companies into the organization while expanding its international presence. CDI has continuously innovated its service catalogue with more anything-as-a-service (XaaS) offerings, the company said. The sales team at CDI has, likewise, grown exponentially— both organically and inorganically — and will now be led by Chianese.
Computer Design & Integration was ranked 150 on the Channel Futures 2022 MSP 501 list.
