Vonage's Matt Alexander
Matt Alexander is heading up a new VAR and distribution partner program at Vonage. He will serve as director of national distributors.
He joins Vonage from Cato Networks, where he was a regional sales director, and before that was director of channels for the East at CoreSite.
Alexander talked to us about the new VAR program.
Telarus
It was another busy month of moving and shaking at master agent Telarus.
Brandon Knight (right), who previously worked for Telarus rival Intelisys, as well as Serenova, brings his UC and contact center chops to the company, where he gets the title of VP of business development for contact center. Read more about why he made the move.
Also, two new senior development managers will recruit partners and help existing ones grow their technology portfolios. G.R. Heryford (bottom left) will cover the Pacific Northwest, while Don Gaus (top right) gets Florida. Learn more here.

Everbridge's Jasmina Muller
Jasmina Muller, whom the channel will know from her work at 8x8 and CenturyLink, was hired to build and launch a channel program for Everbridge, a provider of critical event management.
It's a convergence play for Everbridge, which wants to expand its partner and alliance strategy from MSPs, OEMs and SIs to include master agents.

TPx's Steve Farmiloe
Farmiloe is the new director of West channel sales at TPx Communications, the connectivity and managed services provider.
He previously worked for Top Speed Data Communications, a TPx partner, where he led the company's move from circuit sales to 65% managed cloud services.

Telesystem's Brian Buchman and Ray Belair
As part of its new focus on reaching the master-agent community, Telesystem promoted Brian Buchman (left) and Ray Belair to national channel manager. Chief business development officer Bruce Wirt says this is the "next evolution" of the company's channel program.
Telesystem is a provider of communications, networking, security and infrastructure solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Broadvoice's George Mitsopoulos
Mitsopoulos is Broadvoice's first chief product officer, names as such to focus on the company's platform innovation and strategy. He's Broadvoice's longtime chief operating officer, who now will oversee strategy and execution of all product-related activities.

Star2Star's Rich Long
Partners will likely know Long from his days at ScanSource. Now he's the new senior VP of channel development at Star2Star, the unified communications provider, tasked with pursuing new channels and creating new opportunities for sales growth.
Most recently, Long was VP of channels for Alert Logic.

CloudJumper's Amie Ray
Amie Ray is a new enterprise channel sales manager with CloudJumper, the remote desktop service provider. Her previous employers include tech behemoths Cisco and Lenovo.
In her new role, Ray is tasked with opening new alliances and distribution channels for CloudJumper's remote desktop and application virtualization services.

BitTitan's Kirk Swanson
BitTitan named Kirk Swanson its new corporate development associate. His job will be to strengthen the cloud migration company's market position through strategic investments in the enterprise cloud. His last job was at investment firm D.A. Davidson in Seattle.

Mosaic Networx's Seema Chiodo
Seema Chiodo is SD-WAN provider Mosaic Networx's new national channel director. She comes from Tata Communications, where she was senior channel director of the West for 18 months. Her other employers have included Windstream, Mitel and Evolve IP.
Chiodo has more than seven years of channel sales experience, and brings expertise in global networking and SD-WAN to her new position.
Juniper Networks' Gordon Mackintosh
Juniper Networks' new channel chief is Gordon Mackintosh, whom the channel knows well from his channel-facing positions at Extreme Networks and Cisco.
His responsibility is the go-to-market strategy for partners with the goal of delivering improved business outcomes.
This is why Mackintosh wanted to work for the networking and cybersecurity giant.
FireMon's Andrew Warren
Andrew Warren is a Westcon-Comstor vet with a new gig as VP of global channel sales at FireMon, the cybersecurity provider. His job will be to be lead the global FireMon channel sales team to "drive enterprise and customer value," and advance the company's investment in growth.

Anexinet's Suzanne Lentz
Anexinet, which bills itself as a "digital experience provider," expanded its executive team with the appointment of Suzanne Lentz as chief marketing officer. She previously served in a similar role with Capgemini Invent.
Lentz will lead all aspects of Anexinet's marketing program, including brand awareness, business promotion and creating compelling experiences for customers, employees and partners.
AttackIQ's Pedro Vidal
Vidal is the vice president of North America sales at cybersecurity provider AttackIQ, where he's charged with driving new business opportunities and advising on strategic partnerships with the company's partners.
He had multiple titles over the years in his last job at Cylance, which included VP of global solution sales, VP of western North America sales and VP of global consulting sales. Other gigs include Intel Security and McAfee.
