AireSpring's Daniel Lonstein
Cloud and managed connectivity provider AireSpring promoted COO Daniel Lonstein, one of the business' founders, to president and chief revenue officer.
Lonstein tells Channel Partners this change represents an increased focus and investment in AireSpring’s channel programs.
Avant's Rick Reed
A well-known face from Channel Partners, our former senior VP of sales, took a job with Avant, taking the reins as senior director of channel sales for the South Central U.S.
Rick Reed will be tasked with leading partner recruitment and overseeing the launch of a new BattleLab – Avant's center for partner training and UCaaS solution demonstration – in Texas.
TBI's Joe Dino
Joe Dino is the newest regional channel manager at master agent TBI. He will be based in the Northeast.
TBI says Dino, another Windstream alum, “will work to develop customized business plans with agents to help grow revenue and meet business goals.”
Windstream Enterprise
Windstream Enterprise has a new area vice president covering sales for Alabama, Arkansas and Louisiana.
The company hired Adena Handly, who spent 15 years at AT&T — most recently as assistant VP of technical sales and global business solutions. As a Little Rock, Arkansas – home to Windstream's HQ – resident, Handly "has admired Windstream for a long time."
Avaya's Tara Dunning
Tara Dunning is Avaya's new chief revenue officer. This is a new position for the company.
Dunning, who now is responsible for all revenue-generation processes, including offer development, pricing, enablement and more, comes to the company from BroadSoft, where she was VP of global sales operations. Dunning, whose other experience includes stints at Comcast Cable and Unisys, also is a former Avaya employee.
MetTel's Peter Bell
MetTel, the data and network services provider, tapped Peter Bell (pictured) as the new senior VP of its digital transformation unit. Bell has more than 20 years of experience, his most recent as senior VP of global sales at INAP.
Also new at MetTel is David Dickson, the Broadview/Windstream alum who takes the reins as executive director of UC solutions.
365 Data Centers' Jeff Slapp
365 Data Centers hired a new vice president of cloud services and support.
Jeff Slapp, whose past includes engineering, software and sales roles at Citrix, Host.net and Iron Mountain, will now lead the delivery, reliability and expansion of 365 Data Centers' recently added cloud and virtual managed services offerings.
Kenna Security's Rick Kramer
Kenna Security, which focuses on predictive cyber risk, tapped Rick Kramer, a Symantec and Veritas vet, as VP of worldwide channel sales and alliances.
Kramer, who has more than 20 years of experience in the business, told us that Kenna's partners can “expect transparency from me on our strategy and the opportunities that will be available ..."
Attivo's Tony Cole
Attivo Networks, the security company focused on deception-based threat detection, brought on Tony Cole as the company's new CTO. Cole's last job was global government CTO at FireEye.
Cole will be responsible for Attivo's strategy and vision "to ensure its customers are successful in the early detection and derailment of cyberattacks."
Infinidat's Mitch Diodato
Infinidat, the provider of enterprise data and storage, named Mitch Diodato, an Arrow Enterprise Computing Systems alum, as director of channel sales for North America.
Diodato's job will be to continue to build the company's channel community to address issues impacting today's enterprise storage customers.
Conga's Will Spendlove and Mary Sparks
Conga, the intelligent document automation provider, tapped Mary Sparks (right) as its new corporate vice president of privacy and compliance. Most recently at CSG International, Sparks will focus on GDPR, vendor management, cross-border data transfer agreements and more at the company.
Also new at Conga is Will Spendlove (left), VP of product marketing. He comes to Conga from Salesforce, where he most recently led go-to-market efforts for Salesforce CPQ and billing products.
ATEN's Holly Garcia
ATEN, which is best known for KVMs, AV and meeting-rooms sytems and gear, and digital signage – product lines familiar to VARs – hired Holly Garcia as VP, tasking her with overall strategy, growth and profitability of the company's business in North America.
Garcia previously spent 18 years at Ingram Micro, where she held a variety of roles.
ADRF's Jim Lilienfeld
Jim Lilienfeld is the new Southeast business development manager for ADRF, the in-building wireless connectivity provider.
He has 30 years of experience in telecommunications, coming to ADRF from Ericsson, which uses ADRF technology in its deployments.
Coriant's Sandra Krief
Coriant, which supplies network offerings for service providers and web-scale internet operators, named Sandra Krief, a BroadSoft veteran, to the role of managing director for North America.
Krief's job will include responsibility for sales operations, business development, channel strategy and customer support throughout the U.S. and Canada.
HYCU's Scott Henderson and Junelle Swan
Comtrade Software split off from parent company Comtrade Group and debuted a new name, HYCU. The company's flagship product is a purpose-built backup and recovery offering for Nutanix.
In the process, HYCU hired Scott Henderson (left), former VP and head of sales at Egnyte. He'll be the company's VP of sales for the Americas. Also new is Junelle Swan, a former Quest Software exec; she joins as vice president of channels.

Airespring promoted one of its founders to even bigger role, and Avaya hired its first chief revenue officer.
