LiveVox’s Dan DeLozier

DeLozier has 16 years of experience building and managing successful partner programs. In addition to boosting LiveVox’s sales and marketing, he’ll capitalize on digital transformation opportunities across the contact center software market.

He most recently was regional vice president of channel sales at Everbridge, the global event management SaaS company. There, he helped spearhead the company’s expansion into the global channel marketplace, including Australia and the United Kingdom.

Prior to Everbridge, DeLozier held senior positions at CenturyLink, Servion Global Solution and Avaya.

Sales and Marketing Strategy

LiveVox is now starting its channel program, DeLozier said.

“Our channel strategy is simple: Be easy to do business with, offer a world-class product suite backed by an executive team that understands what it takes to succeed in the channel market, and offer world-class incentives,” he said. “I’m looking forward to working with the team to advance our channel distribution strategy, build our ecosystem of partners, and ultimately drive critical business transformation and innovation across the industry.”

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in May.

LiveVox will never try to build relationships “behind a desk; that’s not how the channel is built,” DeLozier said. He plans to show partners that LiveVox’s product suite and channel teams are “second to none.”

“And we will be there supporting them,” he said. “I’m really excited for us to educate the market on all that LiveVox has to offer.”

LiveVox is unique in what it offers, DeLozier said. It’s not a traditional CCaaS company.

“Our technology provides a cloud-based engagement platform that significantly simplifies the integration of customer data from a single platform,” he said. “Plus, beyond our overall platform, we offer a number of product bundles that our partners’ customers can add without switching out their automatic call distributor (ACD). That’s an advantage for everyone. We make it easy for the partners to pitch us.”

Latest Technology

Last month, LiveVox launched LiveVox Bot, an intelligent virtual assistant prebuilt into its messaging channels and unified customer relationship management (CRM). Customers can transition from a bot conversation to a live agent and continue the conversation across their preferred channels.

Erik Fowler is LiveVox’s executive vice president of worldwide sales.

“Our technology provides a cloud-based engagement platform that significantly simplifies the integration of customer data, allowing contact center managers to implement new campaigns from a single platform, and easily understand and tune performance accordingly,” he said. “We are excited to have Dan join to help lead our channel strategy. He is the first of many hires we plan to bring on as we aggressively grow our channel business.”
