RapidScale has hired Jeanine Sicinski, previously with Flexential, ViaWest and INetU, as partner experience manager, charged with developing new partnerships, managing and leading existing partners, and building a “winning” partner experience approach in the Northeast.

As INetU’s channel marketing manager for nearly two years, Sicinski formally built and managed that company’s channel program, and when INetU was acquired by ViaWest in 2015, she served as ViaWest’s cloud expert for the channel, and helped recruit and develop channel relationships in the Northeast. She was with ViaWest for nearly three years and drove business indirectly through VARs, master agents, subagents and solution partners.

She also was channel marketing manager for Flexential, formerly Peak 10 + ViaWest. Peak10 acquired ViaWest last year.

“I could not be more excited to be joining the RapidScale family,” Sicinski said. “I love the client-first culture and their commitment to delivering for our partners and clients. I’m looking forward to helping our partners leverage the benefits of cloud computing through their RapidScale relationship. The opportunity here is tremendous.”

Earlier this week, RapidScale announced it hired Daryl Stitt, previously Advantage Solutions’ national technology director for nearly 20 years, as director of client experience.

“We are excited to welcome Jeanine to our partner experience team,” said Bob Buchanan, RapidScale’s executive vice president of sales and marketing. “Jeanine is a seasoned industry professional who understands today’s cloud and IT market, the channel, and how to help partners exceed their growth targets. She’ll be a huge asset for our existing and new partners in New York and Philadelphia.”
