TBI Taps Decorated Member for West Sales VP Role
Marco Sanchez has worked at TBI for more than a decade.
TBI, the Chicago-based master agency, is promoting Marco Sanchez to a key sales role.
Sanchez now serves as vice president of sales for the West region. His new position gives him responsibility for all channel sales in his area.
He most recently worked as senior director of channel sales for the Midwest and West.
“I look forward to continuing to help lead TBI as one of the best master agents in the country,” said Sanchez. “We are hyper focused on ensuring the best partner experience across the board, and it starts with having great channel managers and building an incredible team around them so that our partners can be successful utilizing the TBI program.”

Sanchez has worked at TBI since 2009. He started his tenure as an inside sales manager and later worked as a national channel manager. He has spent the last six years in sales leadership. Sanchez also holds five President Club victories.
“I have grown a lot in my career, and that is thanks to TBI. I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by incredible people that have helped me along the way. This has allowed me to develop expertise in various areas, including leadership and management, employee education, and adaptability, which is highly critical in this industry.”

Scott Whalen, TBI’s senior vice president of strategic partnerships, praised Sanchez for his eleven years at TBI.
“During his tenure here, Marco has continually made it his mission to help our TBI agent community to excel in all facets of their businesses,” Whalen said.
