No stranger to the Utah-based master, she also worked for Net2Phone.
Telarus‘ new director of sales operations has seen two sides of the master agent.

“Working for both a Telarus competitor and later a Telarus supplier, I’ve had a front row seat to their explosive growth,” Evans said.
Telarus describes itself as in a growth phase. It runs sales operations in 12 U.S. cities and plans to enter Seattle, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago and Toronto. Evans said that Telarus will maintain and improve its support level during the growth phase.
“With that growth comes opportunities to optimize and work smarter, not harder,” Evans said. “I’m positive that my education, work experience and ability to create processes are going to play a huge role in helping the Telarus field sales team support our partners better.
She worked for Net2Phone for the previous three years as a relationship manager. She worked for Intelisys from 2015-2016 as a manager. She ran her own consultancy for 15 years, has worked in industrial engineering and has played and coached basketball.

“We are excited to welcome Lesley as our new director of sales operations. Over the past few years, we’ve experienced a surge in hiring partner support managers to support our growing sales partner base,” Forbush. “This growth has created a massive need for new processes, measurement and ongoing coaching. Lesley, a lifelong basketball coach and seasoned industry veteran, is going to have an immediate impact on our team as we strive to provide the most high-touch, personalized support to our partners.”
Telarus has announced a new hire essentially every other week this spring. Molly Lozano became the new senior partner development manager, and Andrew Griffiths joined the company to help build its CCaaS and UCaaS businesses.
