TNCI Names New VP of Network Operations

TNCI Operating Co. has named Victor Flores as its new vice president of network operations.

Flores has more than 20 years of experience in engineering and operating telephone networks for both ILECs and CLECs. After serving in the Air Force, Flores spent 27 years at Pacific Bell/SBC Communications under multiple roles. In 1998, he accepted the director of engineering position at First World Communications, and a year later, accepted the engineering and network operations role with Telscape Communications/Sage Telecomm. He spent 15 years with Telscape Communications/Sage Telecomm and eventually was named vice president of network operations.

“Victor knows the ins and outs of network operations and brings a lot of great experience to our company,” said TNCI President and CEO Jeff Compton. “The addition of Victor also allows our company to expand via new business development avenues and continue to grow our … network. We are looking forward to Victor’s network operations leadership and are confident his skills will help TNCI move ever closer to its goals.”
