Autotask this week launched a new user interface (UI) for its professional services automation (PSA) platform. What does Autotask’s new UI look like in action? There’s just so much you can do with words, so we thought we’d show you some screenshots. Here’s a closer look at the revamped UI and what it offers managed service providers (MSPs).
Autotask users can view customer account information such as contracts, notes and tickets at any time.
Autotask’s Dispatch Calendar enables users to view schedules and service tickets.
Business owners can use Autotask to access information about contracts, opportunities and open tickets.
Autotask allows project managers to review tasks; project managers can even check out overdue tasks by project and resource, too.
Want to evaluate sales? Autotask provides sales managers with data that they can use to track their opportunities, sales funnel and sales representatives.
Service managers can leverage Autotask to review open tickets by queue and priority.
Service technicians can use Autotask to track their open tickets and hours worked.
Autotask users can access service tickets and work lists and take advantage of the UI’s fully configurable, drill-down dashboards as well.
