Autotask Takes Product Training Events on the Road
Autotask is taking its training on the road. The professional services automation (PSA) platform company is offering global training and business-building events to its MSP customers at locations around the world in the months ahead. Here are the details.
Want to learn how to optimize Autotask‘s new user interface (UI) or its Endpoint Management remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform? Now you can, thanks in part to Autotask’s new product training events.
Autotask is offering global training and business-building events to customers across the globe. The East Greenbush, New York-based professional services automation (PSA) platform provider said these events will focus on the new user interface (UI) of Autotask’s IT business management platform as well as the Autotask Endpoint Management (AEM) RMM platform.
An Autotask spokesperson told MSPmentor that Autotask staff will work with event attendees to train them on the new UI and AEM. Additionally, the spokesperson noted that attendees will complete all the training exercises in their own Autotask dashboard “so that when they leave the training they will have their systems and widgets configured as they will need them to best do their jobs.”
Autotask’s global training and business-building events will be held in:
Australia – Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney
Germany – Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hannover, München
Ireland – Dublin
New Zealand – Auckland
United States – Chicago, Irvine, Dallas, Albany, Cambridge
UK – Birmingham, Manchester, Richmond

“We know how important it is to educate our customers and prospects about industry best practices that are going to help their business grow and thrive,” Len DiCostanzo, Autotask’s senior vice president of community and business development, said in a prepared statement. “Being able to host these events in locations that are convenient and easily accessible gives them much-needed support and is intended to help improve their overall customer experience with Autotask.”
Product training and business-building events will be held through May, according to Autotask.
Autotask launched its new UI that features a “role-based, human-centric design” earlier this month. The PSA platform provider first announced plans for the new UI at its Autotask Live user conference in June 2014.
AEM was released last December and represented Autotask’s first venture into the RMM market after its acquisition of software-as-a-service-based (SaaS-based) RMM platform provider CentraStage last September.
