ConnectWise this week unveiled ConnectWise 2015.3, a new version of its professional services automation (PSA) platform. What does ConnectWise 2015.3 look like in action? Descriptions are great, but screenshots are better. Here’s a closer look at ConnectWise 2015.3 and what it offers managed service providers (MSPs).
ConnectWise 2015.3’s “brain-friendly” user interface (UI) includes a Dispatch Portal to help service providers quickly reconcile ticket time entries.
Need to stay organized? ConnectWise 2015.3 provides My Calendar access via its UI.
ConnectWise 2015.3 features a revamped left navigation panel that is designed to make it easier for users to access My Projects, the Project Dispatch Portal and other project areas.
Service technicians can use ConnectWise 2015.3 to search and update configurations based on scanned serial numbers rather than manually typing in a number.
ConnectWise 2015.3 users can complete updates and mass actions from a work plan, estimate project revenue and cost, add custom fields, import templates and projects and add an entire team to a project.
With ConnectWise 2015.3, users can view an entire project recap at their convenience.
