Remote monitoring and management (RMM) provider Continuum today launched Collaborate, an online forum that allows the company’s managed service provider (MSP) partners “to connect, share and learn.”  The company made the announcement at its Navigate user conference in Boston.

Collaborate was built on the Get Satisfaction customer engagement platform and replaces Continuum’s current partner support portal. The RMM provider said Collaborate is designed to give MSP partners a secure online platform to share updates, insights, thought leadership and business ideas that go beyond popular social media sites.

Dee Zepf, Continuum’s vice president of products and technical services, told MSPmentor that she believes Collaborate gives MSPs an interactive forum where they can instantly connect with and learn from one another.

“Collaborate provides seamless communication for MSPs, enabling them to communicate with one another in real-time,” she said. “The platform makes it easy for an MSP to set up a profile and establish relationships with other MSPs.”

The online forum features:

  • Partner resources

  • Single sign-on

  • Service desk access

Continuum said Collaborate reflects its core belief in building a strong partner community through collaboration and information sharing and offers a vital resource that will enable it to “get even closer with its partners, ensure consistent messaging and maximize success together.”

Zepf added Collaborate fulfills her company’s mission to provide an IT support portal that meets the needs of MSPs.

“We launched [Collaborate] after listening to our partners who wanted an online forum to showcase business and technology leadership, while collectively advancing their businesses,” she said in a prepared statement.

Collaborate is designed to support all job types

Continuum said Collaborate supports all job types, including:

  • Business owners

  • Marketing professionals

  • Salespeople

  • Technical staff

Collaborate is available to more than 3,500 Continuum partners and enables them to connect with one another privately, Continuum said.

Continuum partners can access Collaborate here.
