Kaseya has unveiled two new initiatives, ProfitFuel and BudgetFuel. They are the latest additions to the Kaseya IT Complete suite of IT tools for monitoring, management, security, cloud, continuity, compliance and more.

ProfitFuel is for MSPs and BudgetFuel is for internal IT teams. Kasaya said ProfitFuel and BudgetFuel solidify its promise that, with IT Complete, users can save money and be more productive. This leads to MSPs acquiring more customers and more satisfaction for internal IT teams.

Mike Puglia is Kaseya’s chief customer marketing officer. He said the recent rush to remote work accelerated SMBs’ digital transformation needs. It also led to a new era of dependence on SMB IT.

“Now more than ever, MSPs and internal IT teams need to save money and operate more efficiently to meet these needs, and do so by using a modern, workflow integrated platform,” he said. “ProfitFuel and BudgetFuel are Kaseya’s official value propositions for IT Complete. IT Complete serves as the fuel to increase an MSP’s profitability by reducing software costs, increasing technician efficiency and powering all the essential IT services small businesses demand today.”

Saving IT Time

Similarly, IT Complete allows internal IT teams to free up resources. Those teams then can better serve their organization, Puglia said.

“The imperative today for MSPs is to do more with less,” he said. “That is exactly what IT Complete empowers them to do. IT Complete encompasses a comprehensive set of technologies that allow MSPs to deliver all of the IT infrastructure that their clients need – remote monitoring, backup, security, compliance and IT documentation. Through our deep workflow integrations, IT Complete eliminates what we call the ‘space between’ — the valuable time IT professionals lose moving between disparate applications and processes.”

Users can reclaim, on average, 25% of their time to focus on work that impacts their bottom line, Puglia said. In addition, users see an average of 74% higher customer retention and business user satisfaction rates. They also spend about 33% less than they would with competing point solutions, he said.

“Our regular pulse check meetings enable us to stay in tune with the challenges our customers are facing and the opportunities we can help them to capitalize on,” Puglia said. “These ongoing conversations help guide our product road map so that we can prioritize our innovations cycles in a way that best aligns with customer needs.”

Updates and Integrations

In addition, Kaseya announced product updates and integrations, including:

  • Kaseya VSA, which provides visualization allowing the management of all endpoints and all network infrastructure in one place.

  • Unitrends — Unified Backup Portal, which allows all backup management from a single portal.

  • ID Agent-Passly — With Mobile App for SSO, you can take your passwords with you. Also, a single sign-on lets you connect to your applications from your mobile phone.

  • Unitrends Conditional Alerts, which eliminate backup alerts that require no action.
