MSPBanter: Which PSA Platforms Should Every MSP Check Out?
Looking for a professional services automation (PSA) platform? You're in luck, as many options are available. Here's a closer look at some of the PSA options that every managed service provider (MSP) should check out.
Professional services automation (PSA) software often can help managed service providers (MSPs) streamline their operations. But how can you determine which PSA platform will help you better manage your business?
Many PSA platforms are available, and each has its pros and cons. And as a result, finding the best PSA option can sometimes be difficult; however, we’re here to help.
Here’s a closer look at five PSA platforms that every MSP should check out:
Autotask – This East Greenbush, New York-based PSA platform provider offers an IT business management platform that includes built-in dashboards that allow users to monitor service delivery and service-level agreements (SLAs). Also, Autotask recently launched a new user interface (UI) that features a “role-based, human-centric design.”
ConnectWise – ConnectWise released the most recent version of its namesake PSA platform last December. This release, ConnectWise 2015.1, includes an updated UI and other features that are designed to help MSPs automate their businesses.
Tigerpaw Software – Tigerpaw Software appears ready to roar in 2015. The Bellevue, Nebraska-based company released a mobile version of its PSA platform, Tigerpaw Mobile, earlier this month and integrated with remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform Servoyant last month, too.
HarmonyPSA – HarmonyPSA’s first customer was an MSP, and this company continues to explore ways to support service providers. In fact, HarmonyPSA said its PSA platform enables users to access “every aspect of your business, in one place, accessible from the cloud.”
AffinityLive – AffinityLive offers an end-to-end PSA platform for MSPs. The company also is working on a search engine for its PSA platform that “delivers real-time, plain text search results.”
Of course, various alternatives are available beyond these five PSA options as well.
So now the question becomes: What are some of the other PSA platforms that are worth mentioning?
