Paul Bay is the executive vice president and president of Ingram Micro's North American Technology Solutions division, where he is responsible for driving the overall performance of the company's U.S. and Canadian operations.

Bay is an 18-year veteran of the technology industry and has servered in several roles since joining Ingram Micro in 1995, including his tenure as executive vice president of Ingram Micro North America. He left the company in 2006 to become the chief executive officer of Punch! Software, but returned to the company in his current role as EVP. Early in his career he held sales positions at various companies based in southern California, including Triad Computer Systems.
