The ScanSource-owned master agent’s sales partners can now access network solutions from QOS, which helps design, deploy and manage SD-WAN and other edge solutions. QOS benefits from the massive Intelisys partner base.

“Partnering with Intelisys is an exciting development for QOS,” said Mike Kalas, vice president of enterprise sales for QOS Networks. “We recognize the value that sales partners bring to their customers, and we’re excited to work together to deliver QOS network solutions to end-user customers and build out a more intelligent network.”

Intelisys president Jay Bradley said QOS will lend expertise to subagents as they grow their networking practices.

“The addition of QOS Networks to the Intelisys supplier portfolio represents a strategic benefit to our sales partners,” Bradley said. “The best-in-class edge-as-a-service, SD-WAN and WLAN edge Wi-Fi solutions that QOS provides will enable enterprise organizations to design intelligent and agile next-generation networks.”

QOS launched in 2004 and started working as a Sandler Partners agent in 2012. Vice president of marketing Stefanie Whittington told Channel Partners that CEO Frank Cittadino made a strategic bet on SD-WAN in 2014. QOS reshaped from agent to MSP and continued to engage in the same indirect channel, but from a different angle. The company formalized a supplier partner agreement with Sandler in 2017 and also teamed up with CNSG.

Whittington said QOS fits well not just with Intelisys agents but also with ScanSource VARs that need a partner for deployment and management.

“We see the high value in working side by side with agents, offering them the muscle they need to bring new network solutions to their customers,” she said. “Working with Intelisys is a natural evolution in our channel strategy. They command a large portion of the channel and we’re excited to come into that fold.”

QOS reported 321% year-over-year growth in 2018. The company has averaged 257% yearly growth since 2015.
