Founded in 2012, Pax8 is a leading distributor focused exclusively on cloud services, aggregating leading cloud solutions for managed service providers to service their small and medium-sized business customers. 

The Client

IntegriNet Solutions  is a full-service IT company in the Treasure Valley, serving Idaho businesses since 1998. The company was the first in the Valley to pioneer a proactive approach to IT services, and now their customers depend on them for their IT support. IntegriNet is a Microsoft-focused business that works almost exclusively on the Windows platform. The company’s clientele mainly consists of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

The Challenge

While 80 percent of IntegriNet’s business is on-premises, the quality of on-premises email security products was no longer meeting the needs of their customers. Essentially, IntegriNet was looking to move their email security business off-premises and into a recurring revenue model. Likewise, IntegriNet’s clients were looking for a faster, more reliable email security solution. They also preferred to pay for services consumed rather than in bulk.

This prompted IntegriNet to look for reliable cloud security solutions and a cloud distribution partner that could deliver automated provisioning.

The Solution

Ultimately, the solution to IntegriNet’s problem was to migrate their clients to Symantec Email Security.cloud —Symantec’s threat protection solution. And IntegriNet turned to Pax8 as its trusted cloud distribution partner to enable the transition.
