“I want to spend time out in front of our customers and partners to understand how we can win together in 2020,” he said. “Technology is constantly changing in our industry (security, edge compute, managed IT, cloud) and I think the biggest challenge is educating our partners on new products and services, and getting them to adopt them into the portfolio of services they offer their customers. At CenturyLink, we continue to focus on providing our partner community with comprehensive, simple support to make it easy for them to understand and sell our services.”
In addition, CenturyLink has hired national channel managers overseeing master agent relationships.
Mike Brown, previously with Opex Technologies, is overseeing the CNSG relationship. He has experience in business development, market expansion, client engagement and partner management for top enterprise accounts.
Laura Welch, previously with Vertical Network Solutions, is overseeing PlanetOne. She brings more than 20 years experience as a salesperson, a leader and an entrepreneur.
Scott Moerman, previously with Element Critical, is overseeing TBI. He has been supporting partners in sales leadership positions for many years and has a long-standing relationship with TBI.
Jessica Milner, previously with Entisys360, is overseeing Sandler Partners. She has a diverse background across IT solutions business development, vendor alliances, e-commerce, sales and field marketing.
