Ivanti, the automation platform that manages and secures IT assets from cloud to edge, promoted Jeff Abbott from president to CEO.
Ivanti says Abbott has worked to more than double the company’s revenue over the last 18 months, investing in and supporting the customer and employee base through an organic and and acquisition growth strategy.
Technology services distributor TBI promoted Bill Vander Vennet (right) to regional vice president of strategic partner programs. He will focus on strategically identifying IT growth opportunities for different verticals.
New to TBI is Mark Harris (left), regional VP of sales for the western U.S. He joins the company from TPx Communications.
Also new is Thea Rasmussen, who comes to the company from Vonage. She will be a cloud communications architect working on TBI’s Tech Gurus team.
Ingram Micro hired Curtiz Gangi, a longtime Eaton channel leader, as director of global partner engagement for its Dell and VMware relationships.
Gangi was with Eaton for 15 years as VP of U.S. channels for the company’s data center sales segment.

Jessica Couto takes the reins as vice president of North America channel sales at cybersecurity company Imperva. She most recently was at Vectra AI after a number of other stops in the channel.

Gradient MSP tapped Dave Goldie as vice president of channel. It’s a crucial time for the company as it prepares to release Billable, which works with professional services automation (PSA) software to automate monthly customer billing tasks for MSPs.
Goldie previously was VP of channel at Cytracom, the VoIP and UCaaS provider.

Vince Bradley, who the entire telco channel knows as founder of WTG and then later a top executive at AppSmart, is venturing out on his own again with a new business, Abundant IoT.

Citrix board chairman Bob Calderoni is stepping in as interim president and CEO, replaceing David Henshall. Henshall’s exit comes after a shake-up on the Citrix board and some disappointing sales numbers for several consecutive quarters.
FireMon, which provides network security policy management to enterprise cloud and hybrid network infrastructure, appointed Brian Massey (not pictured) to VP of sales for EMEA.
Pictured is Lee Mepsted, appointed channel manager in the region. He will provide additional support to the company’s growing channel in Europe.
That’s Ryan Grant, new VP of sales for security company ESET. He will lead the company’s U.S. sales, including its channel program.
Grant comes to ESET from Ingram Micro, where he spent more than 20 years leading the VMware, Dell and integrated solutions business units.

Her next chapter takes her to LiveVox, the contact center platform provider, which is rapidly building its channel this year.

Earlier this year, AT&T appointed Shiraz Hasan VP of its Partner Exchange channel program, replacing Christopher Roy, who joined EarthLink Internet in February.
But the company announced last week that he has left the carrier and is now chief revenue officer at Drivewyze Software, which analyzes the behavior of drivers on the road.

Keeper Security named Tristen Yancey its new VP of public sector. Yancey will be responsible for the sales and business development of the company’s federal, state, local and higher education business.
Her last job was regional VP of public sector for Flexera.
As new national channel manager for business communications provider Dialpad, Dani Pickens is responsible for overall organizational alignment and go-to-market strategies with technology solutions brokerages (fka master agents).
Pickens has held previous roles with Zoom and RingCentral.
Tiffani Nelson is the new national channel manager at Claro Enterprise Solutions, the Florida-based telecommunications service provider.
She spent two years at Nexogy before taking this new job.
Hybrid IT services provider Ensono turned to Hannah Birch as its new SVP and managing director for Europe. The news comes after Enonso bought Amido, a cloud consultancy enabling the company to help more companies with their transformation challenges.
Birch joined Ensono in June with plans to transition into this role. She spent the last 10 years at Accenture as managing director in technology.
BCN, the New Jersey-based communications technology provider with a focus on multilocation businesses, hired Caryn Capone as sales director. Her focus is on driving partner engagement and opportunities in the Southwest.
You probably know her from her days as a channel manager at Mosaic Networx or Nextiva.
Jeff Beck is a new channel manager for Avant, the technology solutions brokerage. He will cover Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska and Arkansas.
He spent the last two years at Granite and is also an AT&T and Verizon alum.
Aryaka Networks says its latest hire will give partners more support.
Good chance you know Ed Pearce from his many years at Windstream. His new gig at Aryaka is national channel director. He reports to channel chief Craig Patterson, who just himself joined the company this fall from Lumen.

With many years in the channel under his belt at Global Communication Networks (GCN), the company’s founder and CEO, Chris Palermo seemed like the perfect fit for president at Upstack. His appointment came after GCN accepted an acquisition offer from the New York-based firm.
Palermo will collaborate with Upstack CEO Christopher Trapp to expand the company’s platform. He’ll also develop Upstack’s partner investment strategy.
Fred Scherman is the new Americas channel sales director for Kodak Alaris, the provider of photographic supplies, hardware and software for digital imaging and information management, and retail printing kiosks. This comes as the company looks to expand its reach through new and existing partners.
Scherman has deep expertise in the document imaging and IT industries. He was named partner sales manager of the year at Panasonic.
Telesystem hired Ron McNab as a national channel manager in the west. McNab most recently was chief revenue officer at Effortless Office, which followed a 14-year run at AIreSpring.
In his new role, McNab will be responsible for Telesystem’s elite technology brokers in the western U.S., including Telarus, Intelisys, and Sandler Partners.
Longtime Lenovo veteran Rob Cato will lead a newly consolidated One Lenovo channel organization.
The consolidation brings together separate channel teams that were dedicated to Lenovo’s different product groups.
Cato was with IBM for 11 years before joining Lenovo in 2008. He has served as channel chief for the vendor’s PC and client devices business in North America since 2019.
Logically will look to Michelle Accardi, former president and CRO of Star2Star, to spearhead its acquisition growth strategy as the company’s new chief executive officer.
Accardi, Logically’s first woman CEO, brings extensive leadership experience and a background driving successful mergers and acquisitions.
Logically is a managed service provider.
FireEye, which changed its corporate name and relaunched as Mandiant, named Dee Dee Acquisat, previously with BeyondTrust, as its new VP of channel sales for the Americas.
Mandiant plans to help customers transform their existing security teams to be more productive by equipping them with better tools and managed services.

Jenne hired Shawn Berry as SVP of global cloud channel sales, a newly created position at the distributor.
The NetFortris and Telarus alum will oversee field sales, business development, product management and marketing for Jenne’s global cloud and technology service distributor business.

Cloud storage company Panzura appointed Brian Brogan as its new vice president of global sales channels. He will lead efforts to support VARs, SIs, OEMs and technology alliance partners around the world.
Brogan has more than 20 years of experience in the IT channel, having served in leadership roles at Automation Anywhere, SAP, EMC (now Dell EMC), and IBM.
You might remember Mick Miralis from his days helping to launch the Citrix CSP program. He’s just joined DaaS provider Tehama as its new channel chief.
Miralis joins another Citrix alum, Nabeel Youakim, who landed at Tehama in July as chief development officer.
