Aspect Software just honored its top partner of the year.

Trends & Technologies, a Philippines-based systems integrator, is Aspect’s 2017 Worldwide Partner Partner of the Year. It has worked with Aspect since 2002. Aspect credited the partner for its sales, engineering and support teams.

“Through the years, our focus and strength at Trends has been our customers and their total satisfaction. As such, we are thrilled to offer Aspect’s customer-engagement solutions as they allow us to continue making a positive difference in the companies we work with,” said Hasan Fard, Trends’ CEO and chairman. “Aspect’s customer-engagement platform and workforce technologies are a great complement to our business offering. We look forward to creating even more joint opportunities in the coming year.”

Aspect launched its new partner program in January. The program supports partners that resell and support the company’s customer engagement platform. Aspect bills itself as a provider of workforce optimization. David Herzog, the company’s senior vice president of worldwide partners, says the channel program plays a critical role connecting solutions to customers across verticals and geographical locations.

We are excited to name them as Partner of the Year for 2017 and applaud their hard work and success.”

Trends also won the award for best new sales logo. Aspect recognized six other companies:

Service Excellence Award: Choiceway Boan Technologies
