ComTech21 LLC, a nationwide reseller of voice and data services, announces the companys name change to Prescient Worldwide (Booth 603), a sponsor of The Channel Partners Conference & Expo.

According to the company, the name change is not a result of any merger, sale or acquisition. ComTech21 and Prescient Worldwide are commonly owned and operated. The name change reflects new opportunities offered to channel partners.

The new Prescient Worldwide will provide its channel partners expanded product offerings beyond the traditional wholesale service offered by ComTech21. Expanded services under the Prescient Worldwide umbrella include billing and back-office services, VoIP service and equipment, secure network collaboration tools, and the Prescient Worldwide ValuBill product line.

The ValuBill product line includes verification and validation tools using the companys billing system to assist major corporations in telecommunication expense management and allocation.

Prescient Worldwide will serve as a single point of contact, providing customers with access to more than 34 of the largest carrier networks, resource optimization tools, VoIP equipment and services, as well as billing and back-office services.

The full range of services includes traditional long-distance, local access, data, domestic and international private lines, integrated services, dialup, DSL and MPLS, and secure corporate communication systems that include encrypted communication meeting security requirements of the Department of Defense, HIPAA and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
