3 More Former TPx Executives Join NetFortris Sales Leadership
NetFortris' CRO also recently joined NetFortris from TPx.
Three former TPx executives with decades of experience in technology and sales leadership have joined NetFortris‘ channel leadership team.
Nathan Pavelka, a 22-year sales professional, joins NetFortris as vice president of sales. His job is re-engineering and directing the company’s sales organization. That includes channel, inside sales, account management and sales engineering. His appointment creates a unified strategy for the NetFortris sales team and efforts.

Most recently, Pavelka was director of marketing and business development at TPx.
“I’m excited to embark on this next chapter with NetFortris,” he said. “NetFortris has end-to-end managed communications and connectivity solutions with plenty of room to expand further in the marketplace. I’m looking forward to working with the NetFortris team to realize our growth opportunities.”
Rik Eppard, a 23-year sales executive, is now NetFortris’ vice president of sales operations. He’s responsible for sales planning, reporting, training, compensation and process optimization. His appointment strengthens the NetFortris sales operations foundation.

Most recently, Eppard was director of UCx line of business at TPx. Before that, he held positions at Zayo Group, Comcast, AT&T and others.

West Region Channel Leader
Darrell Royal, a 25-year sales executive, joins NetFortris as vice president of sales for the West. He’ll oversee sales and sales support, including channel partner relationships, revenue growth and brand expansion in the West.
Most recently, Royal was technology evangelist for UCx at TPx. He’s also held positions at Momentum Telecom, Comcast and GE Capital.

Jamie Minner is NetFortris’ chief revenue officer. He also recently joined NetFortris from TPx.
“NetFortris is a channel-driven company, so our No. 1 priority is to ensure the success of our partners in building their businesses,” he said. “One way we’re doing that is by bringing on top-tier talent like Nathan, Rik and Darrell, who will drive sales strategy and growth for NetFortris and our partners.”
