Avaya-IBM Pact to Spur International Growth

Avaya will be able to take advantage of IBM Watson APIs.

Avaya and IBM have unveiled an agreement in which Avaya will adopt hybrid cloud solutions from IBM to help expand its ReadyNow private cloud UC and contact center offerings internationally and speed up the pace of modernization.

Avaya is expanding the availability of its ReadyNow private cloud services to meet growing demand from clients globally. By working with IBM to implement a hybrid cloud strategy, Avaya plans to tap into advanced technologies like AI to modernize its offering while providing its customers with access to IBM’s cloud data centers.

Avaya will be able to take advantage of IBM Watson APIs to accelerate decision making and enhance the customer experience by adding AI into its customer support function.
