Broadview Networks Releases CRM Connector for Salesforce.com, Other Programs

Broadview Networks’ cloud phone system, OfficeSuite, now integrates with Salesforce.com and other CRM applications.
The company on Thursday said it has released the CRM Connector for OfficeSuite, which instantly shows the account and contact information of the customer calling. CRM Connector works with Salesforce.com and any other CRM program enabled with the Telephony Application Programming Interface.
Broadview said CRM Connector saves salespeople time by automatically displaying data for incoming calls, and improves employee productivity, customer satisfaction and management tracking and reporting.
CRM Connector is available now to all OfficeSuite users.
