Broadvoice Expands Channel Management Team with TPx, Birch Vets
Randy Greene brings to Broadvoice more than 25 years of experience in telecom and communications.

Broadvoice, a provider of hosted voice, UC and SIP trunking services for businesses, has added two new members, formerly with TPx and Serenova, to its channel management team.

Randy Greene has been hired as channel manager of the Southwest region and Todd Scarborough has been hired as channel manager for the Texas region.
Greene brings more than 25 years of experience in telecom and communications. He most recently was a senior channel manager at TPx. Before that, he held positions at Covad Communications, Everest Broadband and Qwest Communications, among other providers.

Scarborough most recently was business development manager for channels and alliances at Serenova, formerly LiveOps Cloud, where he worked with cloud service providers and sales partners globally to help them build and refine cloud contact center (CCaaS) practices. He also had channel-focused stints at Birch Communications and X4, and is a U.S. Marines Corps veteran with more than seven years of service stationed in Iraq and the United States, as well as a tour of duty during Operation Iraqi Freedom II.

Broadvoice, which acquired XPB in April, has seen a 167 percent overall sales increase in the last three years with channel sales tripling over the preceding year.
