Broadvoice Hires Windstream, Charter Alum as New Channel Manager
Broadvoice offers a portfolio of voice and data offerings, backed by its IP telephony platform.
Broadvoice is expanding its channel management team by hiring two new regional channel managers, previously with Charter Business and CloudInsyte, to cover the Midwest and Northeast regions.
Broadvoice’s Erald Lika and Cathy Banks
Cathy Banks covers North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. Prior to joining Broadvoice, she was a Charter Business channel sales manager, and before that was a district dealer manager at Windstream. She brings 19 years of experience in telecommunications and channel management.
Erald Lika handles New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Rhode Island. He was senior manager of strategic partner development at CloudInsyte, and before that was a channel sales manager at Fatpipe Networks. He brings 14 years of experience in telecommunications and three-and-a-half years in channel management.

The latest appointments follow the recent hiring of Brian Kelly as Southeast regional channel manager to further support the company’s national partner program.
